Located in the heart of Chora, Patmos, the 500 sqm Sekiari comprises three distinct buildings, harmonized into a singular property. Originally built in 1799 by Greek trader Zannis Sinetos Sekiaris, the space reflects a unique blend of Patmian and monastic architecture, with curved window borders, cross engravings, and Patmian stone frames inspired by the nearby Zoodocho Pigi Monastery.
The layout includes three master bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and two studies—each furnished with antique beds original to the house. Reclaimed cotto tiles adorn the wet areas, antique copper trays transform into sink basins, and 1960s Greek pottery is repurposed as lamps. Handwoven Greek textiles, Italian linen curtains, and the rare 18th-century ‘Spitha’ fabric add texture to the interiors.
Sekiari offers 83 sqm of outdoor spaces, with views over the island and the windmills. The rooms are spread between three different floor levels and a terrace, ideal for 6–8 guests seeking privacy.

Terms & Conditions
No Pets Allowed: To ensure comfort for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
Gatherings: No gatherings of more than 10 people are allowed unless prior agreement has been made.
Furniture: Please do not move any furniture from its current position to preserve the house’s vintage charm and prevent damage.
Dining Area Essentials: To protect the vintage tables, it is required to use the provided tablecloths, placemats, and coasters when dining.
Penalty Fees: Violation of any house rules will result in an additional penalty fee.
